I am a graduate of the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office Citizens Academy, or hereby certify that I have completed the online Virtual Academy. I am applying to become a member of the HCSO Citizens Academy Alumni Association. I will support and assist the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office and the HCSOCAAA with integrity and according to my abilities.

If I am a Virtual Academy graduate, I understand and hereby promise to attend and complete one of the next two (2) physical Citizens Academy classes offered by Hamilton County Sheriff's Office. I understand that if I fail to complete one of the next two classes offered. my membership may be revoked.

I certify that I am at least 18 years of age and agree to allow the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office to conduct a background check prior to being accepted to participate in the Citizens Academy. Upon acceptance to the Citizens Academy, I agree to abide by all rules, policies, and directions, whether written or verbally stated, set forth by the Hamilton County Sheriff and his designees in the program.
