I am a graduate of the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office Citizens Academy, or hereby certify that I have completed the online Virtual Academy.  I am applying to become a member of the HCSO Citizens Academy Alumni Association. I will support and assist the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office and the HCSOCAAA with integrity and according to my abilities. I understand that the dues to belong are currently $30 per year.

If I am a Virtual Academy graduate, I understand and hereby promise to attend and complete one of the next two (2) physical Citizens Academy classes offered by Hamilton County Sheriff's Office. I understand that if I fail to complete one of the next two classes offered. my membership may be revoked.

I certify that I am at least 18 years of age and agree to allow the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office to conduct a background check prior to being accepted to participate in the Citizens Academy.  Upon acceptance to the Citizens Academy, I agree to abide by all rules, policies, and directions, whether written or verbally stated, set forth by the Hamilton County Sheriff and his designees in the program.

Prior to applying for membership, please visit the 'Committees' page on this website to consider the areas of interest you would be willing to serve. Please also consider any other talents or interests you would volunteer.

The renewal application form applies to a single calendar year. This means you need to submit a renewal form each year you wish to remain an alumni associate.  

 

For current alumni members wanting to submit your annual Membership dues, click the icon below. Be sure to click the "Renewal Membership" button on the Membership Application. 

The renewal application may also be used to to update any information that may have changed (i.e. email address, phone number and/or address). Be sure to click the "Change Status" button on the Membership Application.
